May 02, 2006 - 10:25 p.m. I lit a pure, white candle in her memory. To find the truth behind her death. To find comfort for family members and friends. Her life tragically snuffed out before fifty. Cruel, strange world. Fair only half the time. Always of short duration. I decided to say my goodbyes this week. Before the tentative memorial service. Keep hold of all the special memories. Tender moments. Not looking back in sorrow or blame. Living each day as though it were the last one given. Goodbye to the friction and fog of living. ~ Soldier Girl
