Bubbles is away in specialized training. I haven't seen him in two months. His cell phone quit working. And he quit emailing me years ago. Far easier to block the pain with silence. Go on about your life without hesitation. Remembrance. Easier to hide thoughts and feelings inside. Become friends with the numbness. So many people hide behind words which are merely symbols, graphic representations of emotion. Desire. Hunger. Action speaks louder than words so the old saying goes. I believe it to be true.
